We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Executive to join our innovative team in the Midlands region. As a proactive hunter, you will identify and secure rentals of forklift trucks and promote products, leveraging your exceptional negotiation skills and interpersonal abilities.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A valid UK driving licence and ability to drive a company car;
  • Educated to college level or equivalent experience;
  • Proven sales background and strong negotiation skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation;
  • Knowledge of leasing and hire terms is advantageous;
  • Experience with CRM systems is advantageous;

You will work closely with other Area Sales Executives to maintain forklift truck utilisation in our fleet and research potential customers through various sources. You will also credit-check and cold-call companies that run their own or competitor equipment, follow up on enquiries, and negotiate prices.

Dawsongroup Plc offers a competitive salary package of £30k-£40k (base salary) + OTE (on-target earnings), 24 days holiday, employer-supported volunteering days, life assurance, and internal promotion pathways.
