About the Role:

The Registered Care Service Manager will play a pivotal role in leading our care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our service users. This position involves overseeing the day-to-day operational management of the care home, making key decisions that impact service delivery, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the care team, setting clear expectations and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans for service users, incorporating their unique needs and aspirations.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment that promotes personal growth and development opportunities for service users.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Personnel Department to recruit and select qualified staff, supporting the development of effective staffing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and administrative systems, adhering to CareTech Policy & Procedures and statutory requirements.
  • Advance good health and safety practices and adherence to legal requirements.
