Personal Care Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and empathetic Personal Care Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd in Kingston Upon Thames. The successful candidate will provide specialized support to children with moderate to severe Special Educational Needs (SEN) in our school setting.
The role will involve working closely with our experienced teaching staff to develop tailored care plans and deliver exceptional support to students. Our school offers a nurturing environment where children feel secure and supported.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to children with SEN. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will have the chance to work autonomously when necessary and make a significant impact on the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering personal care support to students with SEN
- Collaborating with teachers to develop individualized care plans
- Providing emotional support and reassurance to children experiencing challenges
- Residing in Kingston or within a reasonable commuting distance
- Hold an enhanced child and adult DBS or be willing to obtain one
- Relevant experience working with children with SEN or related field
- Ability to perform personal care tasks as required
- A competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Estimated Salary: £23,000 per annum based on experience.
