At Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited, we're seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Care Assistant.

This rewarding role involves providing general care and specialist dementia support to our residents. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with them to assist with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, eating, drinking, and mobility. You'll also help create a welcoming atmosphere in their apartments and enjoy activities like bingo, shopping, and live music together.

You'll maintain the highest standards of respect, dignity, and independence for our residents. You'll collaborate with colleagues to develop personalized Care Plans, taking into account any special needs or requirements.

As part of the Signature team, you can look forward to:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.50 per hour, reflecting your skills and experience.
  • Variety and flexibility in your working hours, including shifts from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM, and 9:15 PM to 7:15 AM.
