Care Assistant Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in Kingston Upon Thames. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with support and companionship in their own homes.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to ensure they receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.
  • Work closely with other care professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and other care professionals.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
