Main Tasks- Geriatric Care Provision: Deliver primary care to patients, focusing on health promotion and maximizing patient safety and function for frail seniors.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate leadership abilities through the development and implementation of effective clinical documentation and record-keeping practices.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Performance Monitoring: Contribute to ongoing performance monitoring and improvement initiatives.
- A minimum of 3 years of geriatric experience, preferably obtained through completion of a recognized Primary Care or Adult Nurse Practitioner program.
- A Master of Nursing degree.
- Demonstrated expertise in geriatric care and hospital nursing functions.
Salary: Approximately $148,750 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
