We are seeking a dedicated Compassionate Care Provider to join our team, promoting well-being, choice, and dignity for those who require it most.

This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work with clients across Richmond, Kingston, Surbiton, Tolworth, and surrounding areas.

As a Compassionate Care Provider, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to maintain their independence, exercise choice, and control over their care.

Our commitment to client-centred care ensures that every individual remains at the heart of their care planning, retaining their dignity and self-confidence.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care services.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Full, extensive, and ongoing training – previous experience not essential
  • Ongoing support from senior team members
  • Opportunities for career progression within our growing team
  • Personal professional development, including access to fully funded diploma qualifications
  • Refundable DBS (conditions apply)

In return, we offer:

  • Flexible working patterns (all shift patterns required, including mornings, evenings, and weekends – full and part-time)
  • Enhanced pay and contracted hours available (drivers preferred due to community post requirements)
  • 40p per mile mileage allowance for drivers
  • 28 days holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays – pro-rata for part-time employees)
  • Bonus after successful completion of probation period
  • Up to £300 refer-a-friend and client bonuses (conditions apply)
  • Up to double pay on bank holidays
  • Workplace pension scheme
  • Free uniform

Estimated salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
