Job Description

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated team as a Care Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and empathetic nature, and the ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends. Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:

  • Flexible working patterns, including full-time and part-time options
  • Enhanced pay rates for drivers, with mileage allowance provided
  • 28 days' holiday per year, inclusive of bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time employees)
  • Bonus scheme after successful completion of probation period
  • Up to £300 refer-a-friend and client bonuses (conditions apply)
  • Double pay on bank holidays
