SIGNATURE SENIOR LIFESTYLE LIMITED is a renowned care home provider, committed to delivering exceptional dementia care services. As the Regional Admiral Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Dementia Care Managers in operational delivery of the My Life Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Specialist Nursing Assessment: Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based interventions, practical advice, and emotional support to families of people with dementia, care team members, and, where appropriate, the individuals themselves.
- Operational Support: Assist Dementia Care Managers in delivering the My Life Strategy, ensuring a high standard of dementia care across our homes.
- Education and Training: Develop and deliver educational programs for care home team members and families living with dementia, enhancing the skills and competencies of the care team.
- Practice Development: Participate in the development, evaluation, and audit of this specialist area of practice.
- Bereavement Support: Offer support at all stages, including bereavement, to ensure comprehensive care for families and residents.

- £22.00 - £25.00 per hour (£45,000 - £52,000 per annum based on 40 hours per week)
