Salary

The salary for this role is £14.42 per hour for weekdays shifts and £15.42 per hour for weekends. Additionally, there is an enhanced pay rate of £1 per hour for night shifts.

Job Description

As a Regional Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care to our residents. This includes assisting with mobility, food and fluid intake, personal care, and resident-led activities. You must show kindness, compassion, and empathy in all your interactions with residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You must have good written and verbal communication skills, basic IT skills, and a full UK driving licence. An NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is highly desirable.
