Our multi-award-winning care provider is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader in Kingston upon Thames, London. As a passionate and caring individual, you will lead and supervise your shift team to deliver high-quality care.

  • Lead and supervise your shift team to deliver high-quality care with excellent training opportunities.
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create personalized care plans with accurate medication administration.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure resident safety and work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs.
  • Partner with the leadership team to develop services and improve care delivery while maintaining a professional approach at all times.
About This Role:
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable for this role.
  • A strong organizational skills, IT literacy, and ability to delegate tasks effectively are required.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience, as well as a good understanding of care planning processes, are essential.
  • A natural ability to help others and make a positive impact on their lives is necessary for success in this position.

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
