Key Responsibilities- Lead a care team to deliver exceptional care standards
- Promote independence and dignity for all residents
- Work full-time, 36-48 hours per week, on a rotating schedule of days and nights
- Be available to work alternate weekends
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols
