About This Role:
  • An NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is highly desirable for this position.
  • A strong organizational skills, IT literacy, and ability to collaborate with families and healthcare professionals are essential.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience, as well as a natural ability to help others and make a positive impact on their lives, are necessary for success in this role.
