Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents with varying needs and preferences.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of residents.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health status to the care team.

About the Role:

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse qualification (RGN) and current NMC registration.
  • Experience in adult nursing, preferably in a care home setting.
