About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants. As a Home Care Assistant, you will work closely with clients to provide personal care, shopping, house cleaning, cooking, and social support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting clients with respect to their independence and making informed choices about their care, services, and living the life they choose;
  • Providing outstanding person-centred care;
  • Providing excellent social and domestic assistance;
  • Completing reporting and documentation based on Aged Care Quality Standards;
Requirements
  • Must have your own reliable car and current Full Australian Drivers Licence;
  • Certificate III in Home and Community Care or equivalent;
  • Appropriate evidence of being sufficiently vaccinated for any vaccination for our workplace as a result of a State Government Directive;
