At Clarendon Home Care, we are committed to delivering exceptional care services in Surrey and South West London. As a trusted provider of visiting home care and live-in care services, we seek an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality of our operations.

The role involves overseeing the quality of care services provided by our team members, ensuring that they meet the highest standards set by regulatory bodies and industry best practices. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance procedures, conducting regular audits and monitoring reports to identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate should have experience in quality assurance or a related field, with excellent communication and analytical skills. A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards is also essential. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

This exciting opportunity is available to start in November 2024 and offers a flexible working arrangement with three days per month spent working from home. The standard working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work, this could be the perfect role for you.
