We are seeking an experienced physician to lead our primary care team as a Physician Leader. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality primary care while promoting healthy lifestyle choices for our clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a commitment to Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Indigenization, and Accessibility (EDIIA), and experience working collaboratively with communities impacted by the social determinants of health. A strong understanding of management principles and the ability to work respectfully with Indigenous communities are essential for this role.

In addition to your medical expertise, you will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in the use of computers and relevant software applications, including Electronic Medical Record software (PS Suite preferred).

This is a permanent position with multiple part-time and full-time opportunities available, offering a competitive salary of $292,364 annually (based on a 1.0 FTE), plus comprehensive benefits and HOOP.
