About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Nurse Manager to join our Enhanced Care Team at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Enhanced Care Team, ensuring high standards of care and quality are maintained. You will work closely with the medical wards to promote a culture that supports our trust values and contribute to the development of innovative care solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients with complex health conditions
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient progress and team performance metrics
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Sister/Charge Nurse in an acute setting
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently
