Director of Client Growth

The role of Global Head of Client Relations is a critical part of CLevelCrossing's success. The successful candidate will lead the transformation of existing client relationship teams into a high-performing and scalable team addressing the needs of our global payroll clients.
This senior position has full responsibility for ensuring that clients realize maximum business value from their relationship with ADP across their lifecycle. To achieve this, we need someone with great leadership qualities who can focus on a team-based approach using collaboration.
We are looking for an experienced leader who has built high-performing teams, identified and developed talent across an organization, and has the ability to lead unproven initiatives, challenging new projects, and adapt style to different working environments, situations, and cultures.
The estimated salary for this position is $175,000 per year.
