Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Harbour Hotels. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving new business from the corporate, leisure, and M&E markets into the hotel while managing our existing accounts and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop an in-depth understanding of the local hotel market to grow local corporate accounts in both rooms and M&E business, including accountability for local RFPs and new accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Produce accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and annual reporting that meets the needs of the Harbour Group Sales team and Hotel GM.
- Take part in regular sales meetings with the local office and national teams.
- Participate in the annual budgeting process for the Corporate and M&E segments.
- Complete and execute a hotel sales plan, review, and update in line with strategy and hotel business needs.
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of target accounts, directly, through the Sales Managers, and via the hotel.
