Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our dynamic team at Harbour Hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business from corporate, leisure, and M&E markets into our hotels, while managing existing accounts and clients to continue moving the business forward.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the local hotel market to grow local corporate accounts in both rooms and M&E business, including accountability for local RFPs and new accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Produce accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and annual reporting that meets the needs of Harbour Group Sales team and Hotel GM.
- Participate in regular sales meetings with the local office and national teams.
- Take part in the annual budgeting process for the Corporate and M&E segments.
- Complete and execute a hotel sales plan, review and update in line with strategy and hotel business needs.
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of target accounts, directly, through the Sales Managers, and via the hotel.
