About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Options Resourcing Limited. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Facilitate business reviews with customers to discuss their needs and preferences
  • Complete RFQs from customers and negotiate pricing and lead times
  • Maintain regular customer engagement and communication
  • Update the system with active price management, including margins
  • Analyze customer schedules to ensure stock availability
  • Obtain up-to-date forecast information for key customers
  • Perform monthly sales forecasting analysis on key accounts
  • Create commercial invoices and support customer declarations
  • Resolve empty bin queries by liaising with customers and the purchasing department
  • Regularly review invoice exceptions and resolve any discrepancies
  • Coordinate activities with quality concerns raised by customers
  • Support and collaborate with the AR/AP team to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Liaise with the warehouse operations team to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
  • Generate customer KPIs as required
  • Perform any other duties as required by management
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing and lead times for orders
  • Source and procure products
  • Place POs with suppliers
  • Progress POs with suppliers
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in oral, written, and mathematical skills
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office package, including Excel
  • Good time management
