About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our team at Bidrecruitment. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire bid lifecycle, from initiation to contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement bid strategies to ensure successful tendering
- Manage bid progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling bid responses
- Source and coordinate design input to ensure high-quality visual standards
- Ensure bid documentation is clear, concise, and compelling
- Conduct thorough customer, project, and competitor research to inform bid content and strategy
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with company governance processes
- Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of the company and wider sector dynamics
- Manage a diverse portfolio of bids and commercial proposals
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced Bid Manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience managing the entire bid lifecycle. You will have a strong background in business development, with excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. You will also have excellent writing skills, with the ability to create high-quality, compelling responses.
