Reed is seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join their client on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Administrator/HR Coordinator to develop their skills and gain exposure to payroll. The client is willing to fund CIPD Level 3.

Responsibilities will include onboarding, right to work checks, starts and leavers, maternity, data entry, and other ad-hoc duties related to HR tasks such as note-taking, drafting letters for management, and managing the jobs portal.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week - hybrid role.

Requirements:

  • Previous HR experience: 1-2 years
  • Experience using Excel
  • Experience using a HR system, e.g. Workday

Key skills and qualifications:

  • High visual accuracy
  • Good communication skills, to support sensitive and critical personnel conversations
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong technical aptitude with expertise in working with HRIS systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including telephone technique
  • Intermediate/advanced numeracy
  • Basic payroll knowledge, if possible
