Fire Systems Senior Project Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fire Systems Senior Project Manager to lead our projects in designing, installing, and commissioning fire detection and protection systems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, ensuring exceptional service delivery, timely completion, and adherence to safety standards while maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of fire system projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project resources are utilized efficiently.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage any potential issues to mitigate risk and ensure the safe execution of projects.
- Prepare project documentation and reports, providing updates to stakeholders on project progress, timelines, and budget status.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Lead regular project meetings with clients and team members to facilitate effective communication and address any concerns.
- Mentor and supervise project team members to enhance their professional development.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fire safety industry, with a strong understanding of fire alarm systems and regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing mid to large scale fire detection and alarm projects.
- Recognized Project Management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations pertaining to fire safety works.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
What We Offer:
- Estimated salary: £55,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
