About the Role

Lidl in Deutschland is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our Compensation and Benefits Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing key areas of Lidl's remuneration policies, processes, and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data collection, analysis, and salary benchmarking to sustain a competitive compensation offering.
  • Leading compensation projects and working closely with the Benefits team to ensure a competitive total reward package.
  • Managing the rollout of Compensation projects and concepts across our 14 Regional distribution centres and Head Office.
  • Developing business cases and proposals and presenting with impact.
  • Preparation and communication of Compensation relevant information including internal and external environmental analyses via the (online) communication channels.
  • Involvement in the salary exception and role reclassification processes.
  • Independent processing of tasks and projects in cooperation with the wider team.
  • Organisation of Compensation information events for different target groups across the business.
  • Answering ad hoc questions on Compensation and any related topics.
  • Creation and updating of Compensation information documents and policy.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within HR with a track record in problem solving is desirable for this role.
  • Ability to analyse large sets of data and identify key themes, anomalies, and trends, and translate into summaries and proposals.
  • Driven to make an impact – leveraging data to drive proposals and challenge practices, to identify and drive high-impact solutions.
  • Project Management experience – able to evaluate information and formulate into a project plan, involving and keeping stakeholders informed along the way.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to articulate and advise on complex queries to a variety of audiences, including senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
