Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator at Kings Security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring prompt and accurate processing of customer requests.
  • Answer customer telephone calls, ensuring our internal customer service standards are met.
  • Provide a positive experience for customers, ensuring prompt and accurate information is recorded.
  • Liaise with all other departments and ensure information is passed in a timely manner.
  • Complete admin reports and tasks, ensuring we meet our stakeholders SLAs.
  • Assist with URN applications and reinstatements.
  • Action and resolve services queries to the company's SLA.
Requirements:
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and exceed tasks given.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a continually changing environment.
  • Experience working on Cash4Windows and SentinelPlus is desirable.
