We are seeking a highly experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our successful team in Northampton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving targets and exceeding sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve maximum profitability from vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessory sales.
• Collaborate with senior management to formulate policies and procedures that optimize sales and revenue growth.
Requirements:
* Main Dealer experience as a Business Manager or Sales Manager
Salary and Benefits:
* Up to £30,000 + realistic OTE of £20,000
