The Role


As Sales Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the company’s sales and business development activities, focusing on growing market share in the semiconductor equipment sector. You’ll lead the sales team, develop robust client relationships, and work closely with other departments to ensure operational success and financial growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Leadership: Define and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.

Market Development: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in emerging market technologies.

Team Management: Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Candidate Requirements


We are looking for an experienced sales professional with:


A strong background in selling scientific equipment or related technologies into the semiconductor, photonics or other transferable industries.

Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets.

Extensive knowledge of the equipment market, including major players, trends, and customer needs.

Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing sales teams.

Excellent relationship-building capabilities with clients and stakeholders.

A degree in a relevant technical field (preferred).
