Sales Operations Manager

Bridgewater Resources UK Ltd is seeking an ambitious sales professional to drive business growth and leadership development within our Northamptonshire team. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and performance of our region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Mentor and develop junior sales professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Manage and optimize sales operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the electrical wholesale industry and its dynamics.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary between £35,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience).
