We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Starbucks in Rugby, NN6 7EX. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing store team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage a team of store employees to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive work environment
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Manage stock levels, merchandise displays, and visual merchandising to maximize sales potential
  • Maintain high standards of store appearance and cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers
  • Monitor and control store expenses, adhering to budgetary guidelines
