We're seeking a Male Support Worker with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. You'll be working within a welcoming and friendly environment in Dover, supporting clients during the night, including medication administration and night routines.

This role requires a high level of resilience, flexibility, and composure, as well as experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice. You'll also need experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
