Job Overview

At StartMonday, we are seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at our specialist children's home in Folkestone. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the care and well-being of vulnerable children and young people.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with children and young people in a care setting.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and colleagues.
  • Right to work in the UK and proven background in care.
