About the Role:

The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school's buildings and grounds.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the opening and closing of the building each day.
  • Act as secondary key holder and respond to call-outs in the event of emergencies.
  • Oversee the management of building contractors, cleaners, and grounds maintenance contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with building maintenance and health & safety requirements.
  • Undertake general repairs and maintenance, including painting.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
