Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at Chapel Wharf, our flagship development in Salford. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of one of our most iconic projects, working closely with our residents, guests, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage resident and guest enquiries, post, and parcels efficiently and effectively.
  • Process applicant paperwork (Right to Rent, KYC) before move-ins, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the booking and maintenance of resident amenity spaces, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Conduct thorough move-in/out appointments, inventories, and meter readings, guaranteeing accurate records.
  • Log maintenance issues and key management promptly, minimizing disruptions.
  • Maintain tidy and presentable amenity spaces, reflecting positively on Dandara Living's brand image.
  • Manage parking, noise complaints, and site-wide communications, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist with open days, events, and security walks, showcasing our development's features and amenities.
  • Cover shifts when needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as booking systems, to ensure efficient documentation and record-keeping.
  • A strong understanding of on-site H&S requirements, prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
  • ARLA, IRPM, or COSHH qualifications (desirable, but training provided), enhancing your expertise and skills.
