Practice Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Practice Manager to join our team at Crossroads Veterinary Centre in High Wycombe. This dynamic role will involve driving financial performance, enhancing team engagement, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the front-of-house reception team and admin team.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, manage holiday cover, process overtime, company sick pay, and SSP payments.
  • Oversight of diary schedules, practice health and safety, facilities, and equipment management.
  • Participate in annual pay review and staff cost budget process.
  • Conduct appraisals and performance management for non-clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team on practice events and promotions.

Crossroads is a three-site small animal first opinion practice located in High Wycombe, Hazlemere, and Watlington. Our modern facilities and supportive environment make us an ideal place to work.

What We're Looking For:

We require someone with strong leadership skills, operational management experience, and a solid background in finance and IT. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with a full driving license.

Competitive Salary and Benefits:

This full-time role consists of 40 hours per week, over 5 days, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The salary for this position is approximately £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include private medical insurance, cycle-to-work scheme, and pension scheme.
