About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Highway Renewal and Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our clients across various portfolios of highway renewal and improvement works. This includes developing commercial strategies, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and commercial management, with experience in contract administration, cost estimation, and procurement. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of NEC forms of contract and the application of Schedule of Rates (SoR) and Method of Measurement (MoM). They will also have experience working on highways projects, including estimating, tender assessment, and contract negotiation.
