Administrative Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Buckinghamshire Primary Pupil Referral Unit. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the site, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and wider school administration team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the office telephone and email system
- Set up and maintain pupil records
- Support the booking and production of paperwork for offsite activities
- Provide support to the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the site is safe for pupils and staff
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy office and preferably in a school setting. They will be an effective communicator, have a good eye for detail, and understand the need for confidentiality. The successful candidate will be flexible, able to manage conflicting priorities, and confident to work on their own initiative.
About Us:
The Buckinghamshire Primary Pupil Referral Unit provides support for children experiencing significant social, emotional, or mental health difficulties in their mainstream primary school. We serve all maintained primary schools in Buckinghamshire.
