Administrative Role Overview

This Administrative Assistant position at Brook Street in High Wycombe requires a motivated individual with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. The job entails performing various administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, photocopying, filing, posting or proof-reading data, answering telephone calls and relaying messages.

The ideal candidate should have two GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent, NVQ Business Administration level 1 (or suitable administrative experience) and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Good communication skills, both oral and written, are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Photocopying, filing, posting or proof-reading data
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages

Working Hours: 37 hours

Requirements:
