We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Coordinator at Tower House Surgery.

Our clinical team consists of experienced healthcare professionals who work together to provide high-quality care to our patients. We use the latest technology, including EMIS Web and Docman clinical systems, to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflows.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our reception team, ensuring that our patients receive a warm and welcoming experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and directing patients, monitoring appointment systems, and maintaining a smooth flow of patients through consulting and treatment rooms.
- Explaining practice arrangements and formal requirements to new patients, ensuring all procedures are completed accurately.
- Advising patients on relevant charges for private services, accepting payment, and issuing receipts.
- Responding to queries and requests from patients and visitors, entering requests for home visits, ambulance transportation, and results/appointments into our system.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of [£24,000 - £28,000] per annum, depending on experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using computer software, including EMIS Web and Microsoft Office.
