Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including correspondence and documentation.
  • Coordinate and organize clinic sessions, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective communication with patients and staff.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve departmental efficiency and productivity.

Person Specification:
This role requires:
- 2+ years of experience in a medical secretarial role
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and audio typing software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Benefits:
