Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients and their customers to deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, manage email addresses, and take accurate messages.
- Making outgoing calls where necessary and preparing and shipping products on behalf of our client.
- Provide general administration support using Word, Excel, or Google Docs/Sheets as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to write accurately.
- A confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary:
£16.25 per hour
This estimated salary is based on national averages for administrative roles in Buckingham.
