We are looking for an experienced Part-time Office Assistant to join our team at Smart Office Services in Buckingham. As a key member of our administration office, you will provide exceptional customer service, handle telephone calls and correspondence, and assist with general administrative tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients and their customers to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, manage email addresses, and take accurate messages.
  • Making outgoing calls where necessary and preparing and shipping products on behalf of our client.
  • Provide general administration support using Word, Excel, or Google Docs/Sheets as required.

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to write accurately.
  • A confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary:
£16.25 per hour
This estimated salary is based on national averages for administrative roles in Buckingham.
