At the Confederation of Service Charities, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our High Wycombe Home team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the highest standards of care for our residents.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee clinical operations within the Home, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes. Strong leadership skills, combined with clinical expertise and a compassionate approach, are essential for this role.

This position requires close collaboration with the Home Manager and multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care tailored to the individual needs of veterans. Our commitment to investing in staff development ensures our employees continue to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective clinical strategies to achieve the best possible care for residents
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a compassionate approach
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care that meets the unique needs of veterans
