We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable team member to support the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

This role will involve maintaining high standards of customer care and cleanliness in exchange for career progression opportunities with Medirest, a specialist healthcare operating company providing hotel services at over 130 NHS Trusts and private hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of lobby and public areas
  • Assisting housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting staff with room setup and furniture movement
  • Handling reception duties such as booking theatre tickets or making restaurant reservations
  • Responding to customer requests where necessary
  • Running errands
  • Ensuring customer safety by placing and removing signage indicating wet floors or paints
Requirements:
  • Adaptability and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience delivering high-quality customer care
  • Taking initiative and making decisions that benefit customers
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Exceptional timekeeping and reliability

The estimated salary for this position is $25,000 - $30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
