Healthcare Field Specialist

A Healthcare Field Specialist is required to provide technical support to customers and dealer partners, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer, and manage daily schedules and generate accurate reports.
This role is based with a renowned global leader in dental solutions, with a rich history spanning over a century. Our client has a strong commitment to innovation and quality, providing high-tech products that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of dental practices worldwide.
To be successful, you will need a degree in engineering or a relevant technical field, proven experience in field service, preferably in the medical device industry, and strong technical skills, including electronics, mechanics, and pneumatics. Excellent customer focus and interpersonal skills are also essential.
The salary for this role is estimated at £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and we offer opportunities for professional development and career advancement within our supportive and collaborative team.
