We are seeking a talented and caring Stroke Unit Healthcare Worker to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Stroke Unit Healthcare Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our stroke unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in healthcare or a related field is desirable.
