About the Role

As a Care Assistant in our Multidisciplinary Assessment Service (MuDAS Unit), you will be working as part of a dynamic team to provide high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, as well as performing various tasks such as taking observations, ECGs, and weights.

You will also be responsible for helping with manual handling and transferring patients, complying with the Trust's policy. In addition, you will contribute to the overall success of our service by working effectively as part of a team and maintaining open lines of communication with colleagues and patients alike.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
