About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing clinics, communicating with patients and staff, and performing basic observations. They will also assist with specimen collection and act as a chaperone when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure clinics are prepared and ready for efficient service provision.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and staff to promote comfort and well-being.
  • Perform basic observations and report results accurately.
  • Assist with specimen collection and forward to correct location.
Requirements
  • GCSE A-C or Functional Skills in English and Maths (Level 1 or 2).
  • Understanding of HCA duties, patient care, and housekeeping responsibilities.
