This role offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Healthcare Administrative Support Specialist within our busy administration team at Wycombe Hospital. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive medical secretarial and administrative service to the Department.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within the NHS in a similar setting and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be confident in using Microsoft Office and have a good working knowledge of MS Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high-quality medical secretarial service, including timely audio typing of clinic letters and documents.
  • Organize group clinic sessions and general administration required by the Diabetes Specialist Nursing Team.
  • Use Care Records Service for checking patients in and out, making appointments, tracking medical notes etc.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, relatives, general practitioners and individual departments.
Salary and Benefits
  • The salary for this role is £25,655 per annum.
