Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the practice team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Front Desk Management: They will also manage the front desk, handling phone calls, responding to queries, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Scheduling and Communication: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively schedule appointments and communicate with patients and clinicians.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software applications used in a healthcare setting.

Work Schedule

The afternoon surgery shift is from 13:15-20:00 on Mondays, 13:15-18:30 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. There is no regular weekend or bank holiday work, but you may be required to work some overtime to cover annual leave or sickness.

Compensation and Benefits
